Camera Access: Used strictly for scanning barcodes and QR codes to manage inventory. No images or videos are stored on the device or shared externally.
Location Services: Used for logistics mapping and positioning within warehouse facilities to optimize order picking and delivery tracking.
Local Cache/Storage: Used to store temporary map data and app configurations, allowing for stable performance in areas with limited network coverage.

2. Purpose of Processing

Data is collected and processed exclusively for business operations, including:

Inventory synchronization and order fulfillment.
Providing logistics visibility to authorized contracted clients.
Monitoring app performance and ensuring secure authorized access.

3. Security and Data Protection

We employ industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect data in transit. As a corporate and client-facing tool, we do not sell or share data with third-party advertisers. Access to any operational data is strictly controlled via secure authentication.

4. User Rights and Controls

Authorized users and clients can manage application permissions through their Android system settings. Data retention is subject to the service agreements between QFS and its contracted clients or employees.
